Partnerships
Coastal Style Review considers collaborations that have a clear connection to coastal design, seaside places or the objects and customs around shore life. Partnerships must be useful to readers and easy to distinguish from independent editorial work.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly labelled partner placements and sponsored features related to our subject, as well as relevant projects with makers, cultural venues, publishers or organisations. A proposed collaboration should explain its purpose, intended audience and the material or placement requested. We do not imply endorsement through a partnership.
Labelling and editorial separation
Paid or partner material is labelled clearly wherever readers encounter it. Commercial arrangements do not determine our independent editorial choices, and partners cannot require an article to express a particular opinion. We may decline proposals that do not fit the publication or could confuse readers about who produced the material.
Send a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the partnership reason. Briefly describe the organisation or project, the proposed format and why it is relevant to Coastal Style Review. Please do not include confidential information in an initial message.
Notice what the tide leaves in view
Coastal style is more than shells and stripes. We look at the forms, materials and visual habits that grow from living beside the water.
